European slim cut — runs slimmer than typical U.S. sizing. If you normally wear 42+, go one size up.
This is a Drop 6 suit: the trouser waist is 6" smaller than the jacket size. Example: a 46R jacket pairs with a 40" waist trouser. If that ratio does not work for you, size up.
