• Made-to-measure/profile information: garment preferences, fabric choices, style selections, measurements, body/fit notes, reference links, event/timeline details, women’s suiting inquiry details, consultation notes, and related information you choose to provide.
• Payment information: payment details are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.
• Marketing information: email/SMS preferences, signup source, engagement with campaigns, and consent records where applicable.
• Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location, cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.

MTM/profile information may include measurements, fit notes, posture notes, garment preferences, event dates, fabric selections, and other details that are more personal than a standard ready-to-wear order. We use this information to prepare consultations, assess project fit, coordinate with suppliers or tailoring partners where needed, and support customer service.

Do not submit sensitive information that is not needed for the garment or consultation. If you submit reference photos or links, make sure you have the right to share them.

Service Providers and Partners

We may share information with service providers and partners who help us operate the business, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, fulfillment partners, email/SMS platforms, analytics providers, advertising platforms, fraud-prevention tools, customer support tools, suppliers, tailoring partners, and professional advisors.

Shopify

Our store is powered by Shopify. Shopify may collect and process personal information to provide checkout, payments, hosting, analytics, fraud prevention, and related commerce services. Shopify’s privacy practices may apply when you use Shopify-powered services.
