The point

Less noise. Better decisions.

Most custom-suit experiences make a man choose too much too early. We start with use case, presence, and fit priorities, then guide the cloth, color, styling, and detail decisions around that. The result should feel intentional, not over-designed.

Who this is for

The groom

A suit or tux that holds up in photos, ceremony, reception, and every formal room after the wedding.

The professional

A sharper uniform for meetings, dinners, presentations, and the moments where presence quietly matters.

The hard-to-fit man

A guided route when off-the-rack keeps missing your shoulders, chest, waist, length, or proportions.

The lean premium standard

What we optimize for.

Exact fabric, construction, pricing, and delivery details are confirmed during the private profile and recommendation step.

  • Fit direction first: shape, posture, proportions, and how the suit needs to move.
  • Occasion clarity: wedding, business, evening, travel, church, events, or everyday authority.
  • Controlled styling: lapel, color, pattern, buttons, and finishing choices with restraint.
  • Confidence path: profile first, recommendation next, then a cleaner decision with TTG guidance.

Private fit guidance

A custom suit should start with cloth, fit, and occasion, not a rushed checkout.

The Third Gentleman made-to-measure path is built as a private consultation. We review the event, your build, preferred silhouette, timeline, and cloth direction before anything moves into production.

Starting point: Signature Half Canvas from $599+. Final pricing depends on cloth, construction, and details after review.

How it works

Profile first. Recommendation second. Suit after the plan is clear.

The MTM path starts online and stays guided. Local or in-person steps can be arranged when they make sense, but the first move is the private profile.

Start the private profileTell us the occasion, fit problems, current size, body context, style direction, and timeline. No payment is taken at this step.
TTG reviews the directionYour profile is reviewed before fabrics, fit direction, measurements, or next steps are recommended. The goal is fewer guesses before money moves.
Measurements are handled with guidanceIf MTM is the right path, we guide the measurement route before production. We do not want a custom order started from unclear numbers.
Price, timeline, and details are confirmedFabric, construction, styling, expected delivery timing, and any fit-support limits are confirmed before the order moves forward.
Production begins only after approvalOnce the suit is approved for production, MTM is treated as a private custom order. Fit remedies are handled case by case with the goal of getting you properly dressed, not abandoned.
What happens before production.

TTG reviews the occasion, timing, fit notes, and measurement path before a garment moves forward. If the profile is incomplete, we clean up the direction first. No suit is treated as approved until specs, quote, and measurement plan are clear.
