These suits use a European cut, which fits slimmer than typical U.S. sizing. If you normally wear size 42 or larger, we recommend selecting the next size up.
The suit is a “Drop 6.” That means the pant waist is 6 inches smaller than the jacket size (for example, a 46R jacket pairs with a 40 waist pant). If that ratio won’t work for you, try one size larger.
Both jacket and trousers can be tailored if needed. There is about one inch of extra fabric in the seams to let out if necessary.
A Note from The Third Gentleman
Starting August 2025, carriers like DHL and FedEx began adding import fees of about $30, due at delivery. While these fees are outside our control, we don’t believe you should shoulder the full burden. That’s why we’ve reduced our prices by the same amount to help cover it for you.
It does cut into our margins, but that’s a trade we’re happy to make for our customers. If you enjoy your suit, we’d simply ask that you share The Third Gentleman with a brother, friend, colleague, or fellow gentleman who appreciates quality and style.
