What the Wedding Fit Kit covers

The right path before anyone orders.

The Wedding Fit Kit helps the groom choose the correct lane before the party commits. Ready-to-wear can solve simpler timelines. Made-to-measure is for a groom who wants stronger fit control. Wedding-party coordination is for groups that need one clear process, measurement discipline, and a considered look across the men in the photos.

Best fit
Grooms, groomsmen, fathers, and VIP guests who need a polished formalwear plan.
Group minimum
Wedding-party coordination is built for 5 paid looks or more. Smaller groups can still use the groom consultation path.
Budget floor
Wedding-party suiting starts at $799+ per look before optional shirts, shoes, ties, accessories, or higher-service coordination.
Timeline
12–16 weeks is ideal. 10 weeks is the practical cutoff. 6–9 weeks needs rush review. 3–4 weeks is usually a ready-to-wear or simplified path.

You share the date, venue, role, party size, color direction, and measurement situation. TTG reviews what is realistic, then routes you to a private consultation, MTM profile, wedding-party coordination, or a simpler ready-to-wear option.

The brief

Not a suit order. A group presentation.

TTG manages the visible decisions before production starts: suit or tuxedo direction, individual fit intake, measurement discipline, service level, and delivery timing. The groom, couple, or appointed contact approves the overall look so the party stays visually consistent.

What’s included in a lookEach look is built around a made-to-measure jacket and trousers, with vests, shirts, ties, shoes, and accessories quoted as needed.

Service levels

Choose the amount of coordination the wedding needs.

The Wedding Fit Kit starts with control.

The goal is not just getting garments made. The goal is getting them delivered, reviewed, and ready before the wedding pressure starts.

1
IntakeWedding date, party size, location, style direction, and timeline are reviewed first.
2
ConsultationThe groom, couple, or appointed contact locks the overall look and service level.
3
MeasurementsProfessional measurements are preferred. Each member approves final specs before production.
4
Production & reviewTTG coordinates production, delivery, and post-delivery fit guidance.

Timeline

Start early enough to protect the day.

  • 12–16 weeks before wedding: ideal start
  • 10 weeks before wedding: standard cutoff
  • 6–9 weeks: rush review only
  • Under 6 weeks: case by case, no standard guarantee
  • Target: garments in hand 3–4 weeks before the wedding

Rush production may be available by review only. Rush pricing is quoted separately when supplier rush work is required.

Measurements

Professional measurements are preferred.

For best results, each client should be measured by a tailor or formalwear professional. Garment measurements may be accepted as a backup. Self-submitted body measurements are a last resort.

Each member approves final specs before production. Fit issues caused by inaccurate submitted measurements, body changes, late changes, or approved specs may require paid alterations or remake.

Groom perks

The party gets coordinated. The groom gets looked after.

  • 5 paid looks: complimentary custom shirt for the groom
  • 7 paid looks: complimentary groom shoes
  • 10 paid looks: enhanced groom finishing and presentation package

Perks unlock after cleared deposits from confirmed paid party members and may vary by timeline, availability, and final quote.

Questions

Before the party comes in.

Are alterations included?

Alterations are separate from the starting price. TTG includes fit review and alteration guidance. If there is a confirmed production or specification error, TTG will work with the maker on the appropriate correction path.

Can remote members participate?

Yes. Remote members can participate when they complete payment, measurements, and spec approval by the assigned deadline. Direct shipment may be used when appropriate.

What if someone is late?

Late members may require separate pricing, rush review, or removal from the coordinated group order to protect the wedding timeline.

What is required to begin?

A 50% deposit is required per person. Once measurements and garment specifications are approved and production begins, deposits are non-refundable.

How is delivery handled?

Shipping and delivery are coordinated based on timeline and location. Local and groom orders may be routed through TTG for inspection and presentation. Remote members may receive direct shipment when appropriate.
