Shipping & Import Note

• 14-day fit check for eligible ready-to-wear: start the request within 14 days of delivery.
• Exchange-first sizing support: if the size feels off, email before sending anything back and we will help choose the cleaner size.
• Items must be unworn, unaltered, with tags attached, and in original condition.
• Customer pays return shipping unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.
